Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days*. We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order (i.e. we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delay in shipping due to the holidays, etc.). You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number with your order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping is 1-3 business days. However, due to COVD-19 if you live in other parts of the US delivery times may vary. Please read our COVID-19 Shipping Update for more details.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
CoRo Nailz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (i.e. tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
CoRo Nailz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly with your invoice number. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If jewelry is broken in transit, please let me know within 24 hours of receiving the order by sending a screenshot of the broken jewelry. After 24 hours, jewelry cannot be replaced.

All jewelry is lead and nickel free. If jewelry is broken in transit, please let me know within 24 hours of receiving the order by sending a screenshot of the broken jewelry. After 24 hours, jewelry cannot be replaced.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
